Prenatal & Postpartum

Pregnancy and having a baby can be a happy time in a woman’s life.

However, many times, these experiences can be difficult, painful and stressful. Issues with fertility, pregnancy loss and the postpartum period can leave a woman feeling very alone and hopeless. She can experience grieving, feeling overwhelmed, confusion and uncertainty.

Perinatal mood and anxiety disorders are extremely common among women and very treatable. Psychotherapy can be a great support for women during these times.

Please know that you are not alone. Reach out. You can and will feel better.

Babies are welcome to come to sessions.

*Please note, this is an inclusive practice. In addition to those that identify as women, all those who identify as parents and birth people are welcome.
